Kangoo Dance™ is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques for enhanced enjoyment while preventing injury due to bio-mechanical stress. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact, when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes

 

The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques to improve core stability, build muscular strength and increase cardio-respiratory endurance.

 

Basic moves are easy to follow but can increase in complexity and intensity depending on students’ fitness levels, and can even cater to those with previous joint injuries.

Kangoo Power™ is an explosive, highly motivating program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body by building muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance simultaneously. Each movement is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout that will challenge even the fittest. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress. This program suits a broad range of class attendees regardless of fitness level. It is also great for athletes, due to its use of plyometric explosive techniques, using Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes to maximize effort, while preventing damaging impact to the joints.

 

Kangoo Bootcamp

A military-style program that's suitable for all fitness levels. It's often practiced outdoors and combines circuit training with a variety of exercises. 

 

Pound Rockout Workout

POUND: Rockout. Workout. is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and conditioning with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. The workout is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels and ages. 

What you do: 

Use lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to simulate drumming

Move to loud music, focusing on rhythm over reps

Perform cardio, plyometrics, isometric movements, and strength trainin

What's the goal: 

Tone up

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the class schedule?

Kangoo Jumps classes are taught Friday mornings at 9:45 am ( 30 minute power class) and Saturday mornings at 8:45 am with a mixture of power and dance. ( 1 hour class) Bootcamp will be added in March. 

Kangoo Bootcamp classes will run daily during July and August Monday to Thursday at 11 am to 12 pm weather permitting as these classes are held outdoors. 

Pound Rockout Workout runs Friday evenings 5:45 pm and Saturday mornings 9:45 am.

Most people hesitate to join a class because they think they need to be coordinated and have impeccable balance and many fear falling. There is no skill required, and we make sure you're comfortable in the boots before you start bouncing.
